3-5 days prior to auction date, we provide property auction information details such as reserve price, current market price, auction trends, auction target value, how much profit can be made? What’s the target price, when to skip auction? - We do buy property on behalf of investors upon adequate investors approval and minimum fund transfer.
We charge 1% on investment to participate in auction.

A. Investors need to confirm participation and transfer minimum funds, respective investors will get the sq yds / sq feet as per the auction value. Investors who enters after winning the auction, we will increase the price by 10%
